This Gentle and Restorative Type Yoga is designed for anyone of the age 50 and older or anyone with physical difficulties or rehabbing an injury. The class will focus on flexibility and relaxing the mind. Poses will be held for 1-3 minutes and modifications and different options will be offered. Class will begin with breath work and end with a relaxing meditation. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! *if classes are running drop in classes are available*
