This class is exactly what it sounds like, a combination of working the muscle tissue allowing the muscles to fire properly and to stretch the muscle fibers and muscle fascia. With a combination of slow flow yoga poses seen in Hatha & Vinyasa and the relaxing nature of Restorative & Yin Yoga. This is the perfect class to come find a little bit of balance in your body and your mind.
