Rage, Roll, & Flow Yoga

Rage, Rock, & Roll Yoga is not your average yoga class! This unconventional session combines traditional yoga movements with a twist.  Paired with Blue Grass/ Rock N Roll for the music, encouraging the use of the F word, and liquor provided after the class.... participants are encouraged to let loose, take up space, and even curse to release pent-up stress. It’s a relaxing rage filled 75 minutes of yoga where  where you can loudly breathe and sigh out your frustrations while stretching and moving  your body. And to top it off, we embrace the spirit of fun with a glass of hard liquor after the class. This is yoga for those who want to shake things up, connect with their raw emotions, and leave feeling empowered and lightered. So some, be loud, zen out, and fuck stress! 

This class will be held at the Homestead in Plano, one glass of alcohol will be included with class additional drinks will be there for purchase...but, remember drink responsibly.

You are free to mingle after class until 9pm, after that yogis...I am sorry but, it will be last call and if you are not safe enough to drive...well it looks like you will be getting a ride/calling an uber.

If I forgot to mention this before, YOU HAVE TO BE 21 YEARS OLD TO TAKE THIS CLASS!  You will be carded, oh yes I don't play around with this yogis.  

Class will be held in the chapel on the property and please bring your own yoga mat, the rest of the props will be provided for you.
